Overview

This 50 MW utility solar project in Victoria required strong oversight to ensure compliance, cost control, and safe delivery. PARX ENERGY was engaged as Owner’s Engineer and project manager, providing independent reviews and governance throughout the construction phase.

Key Contributions

  • Grid Compliance Oversight – Managed AEMO/DNSP requirements to ensure seamless grid connection.

  • Design & Construction Review – Delivered independent design assurance and supervised delivery across civil, electrical, and HV substation packages.

  • Change-Order Governance – Established systems to review and manage change-order claims, protecting the developer’s budget.

  • WHS Leadership – Applied ISO 45001-aligned safety practices, including site audits, inductions, and contractor management.
