Project Management & Construction Management

— Reach your sustainability goals

Project Management and Construction Management are two integral disciplines in the successful delivery of infrastructure and energy projects, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). While these roles often overlap, they serve distinct functions throughout the project lifecycle.

— Project Management

Ensuring the overall success of a project from inception to completion.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Act as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

• Verify compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and zoning laws.

•Check contracts with equipment suppliers, contractors, and energy buyers (e.g., power purchase agreements or PPAs).

•Assess risks related to intellectual property, liabilities, or disputes.

Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, including environmental, financial, and operational risks.

Track milestones and ensure project adherence to the schedule.

— Construction Management

Overseeing the physical execution and completion of a project on-site.

Manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring they comply with designs, permits, and safety regulations.

Oversee contractors and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality.

Perform inspections to verify materials and workmanship meet specifications.

Address and resolve on-site issues, such as unforeseen ground conditions or material shortages.
